Shipping and Returns

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days.
You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.
The delivery time frame varies based on the destination. Shipping to USA takes between 1-3 weeks. Shipping to other countries ranges from 3- 5 weeks.
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees imposed by the destination country. We are not responsible for such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches to your country. We have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. We strongly advise that you contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
We charge a 10% restocking fee for refused packages. Customers are still responsible for the original shipping charges, taxes (if applicable), and the cost of returning the package to the Hurricane Munchkin warehouse. This amount will be deducted from the refund total. If this amounts exceeds the original payment, customer will be responsible for the balance.
We never include the price inside of the package, so if it's a gift the recipient won't receive a copy of the invoice.

Our goal is to keep our customers happy and work hard to make sure you are satisfied.

You may return your item within 30 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment
Refunds issued may take up to 10 days to process
